IMPORTANT TIPS ON HOW TO USE OUR PRODUCTS

  • Lift solids/semi-solids by pinch-blotting, scooping, or vacuuming.

  • Always BLOT with a clean, dry, white towel, never RUB (hopefully you can remove spots and spills before they dry).

  • Always pre-test for colorfastness in an inconspicuous area.

  • DO NOT use alternative products or search for internet remedies - even club soda or water alone can damage certain fibers.

  • For delicate or water-sensitive fabrics, BLOT, STOP, and contact Fiber-Seal for service.

  • Less is more in regard to using our products. We recommend 2 sprays to start.

  • The Spot Cleaning Kit is not intended to be a replacement for in-home service from our technicians.

DRY STAINS

Use for fingerprints, scuff marks, kick marks and dry mud.

Some dry stains can be vacuumed first.

If that doesn’t work, wipe the soiled area lightly in one direction with the Fiber-Seal Fabric Sponge.

  • Do not rub in a back and forth motion. Rub lightly in one direction only

The Fabric Sponge will disintegrate like an eraser.

If the stain remains, call for service.
